Canker Sores And Pimples

Are canker sores reverse pimples? Or are pimples canker sores that grew outward instead of inward? What would you call it if you had one of each at the same time at the same spot on the inside and outside of your mouth? What would you even call that? A Cankimple? A Pinker Sore? Why has no one figured this out yet?
